Understanding Indiana's firework regulations is the first step toward a legendary display. We provide the guidance you need to keep your celebration spectacular and safe.

The 18+ Mandate

By Indiana Law, you must be 18 years of age or older to purchase consumer fireworks. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all transactions at every Big Bang Fireworks location.

Cities and counties may have additional restrictions. Always check with your local fire department before planning a display.
